We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and transparent returns and exchanges process for both physical comics and eligible products.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Comics, collectibles, and sealed items must be returned with all original packaging intact.

Please note that digital products and downloaded content are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item or an equivalent replacement, subject to availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize resolving the issue quickly.
