Cancellation Policy

We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a clear and flexible cancellation policy for both one-time purchases and subscriptions.

Order Cancellation (Physical & Digital Products)

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered the packing or shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return after delivery.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your comic subscription at any time from your account settings:

  • Physical Comic Subscription: Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Any issues already shipped will still be delivered.
  • Digital Comic Subscription: Access remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Pre-Orders & Special Releases

Pre-orders and limited-edition releases may have different cancellation rules. These will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
